All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our team (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, preparation may take up to 72 hours.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item and request a refund or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

The item must be unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
